PC Repair Glasgow (PCR Computer Services Ltd) - Terms & Conditions

1. Our 'No Fix, No Fee' does not apply if the customer is advised on a suitable solution but decides not to take it. In this situation, the client may be required to pay fees to cover collection, diagnostic and delivery charges, not exceeding £25.
2. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, debit or credit card if pre-paid by visiting the repair centre. A fee of 3% applies to all credit card transactions over £150.
3. Care is always taken to prevent data loss, however, PC Repair Glasgow (PCR Computer Services Ltd), cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
4. Customers must always keep licence keys and installation media for all software. We will never supply illegal software to our customers.
